This opportunity is not a W-2 employment position.
You will operate as an independent 1099 contractor, which means:
You control your own schedule and select the hours you wish to work
You choose the type of inbound customer service calls you take
Taxes are not withheld; you are responsible for reporting and filing your own 1099 income.
A small administrative fee will be deducted to cover platform access and support services.
As a 1099 contractor, you have the freedom to work on your own terms, making this a great option for anyone looking for flexible, part-time, work-from-home income.
